Norm Quinn is a veteran of the Vancouver jazz scene, educated at Douglas College, Humber College, and Toronto’s New School of Music. He plays with his quintet Q5, BLJQ, the Mud Bay Blues Band, Burning House, and holds down the jazz chair in various community big bands.

Guenter Schulz is a master of styles from jazz to country, noise to pop. Educated in Hamburg, Guenter has worked around the world as a guitarist, composer, and producer. He also plays with Lisa Dunn and the tribute band Zappastrophy.

Oli 'Dave' Shakur is a rare musician who moves seamlessly between the tradition and the avant-garde. They have presented across Canada as a player and composer and played on over a dozen albums - recent projects include jazz trio Monk's Dream, space-rockers Dark Dials, and improv duo Ears of Lead.

JP Larpin (drums) was born and raised in Switzerland in a musical family and has played in various formations, from trio to big band. Relocated to Vancouver in 2017, he has over the years had the pleasure of sharing the bandstand with luminaries such as Curtis Fuller, Harry "Sweets" Edison, Cory Weeds, Johnny Griffin, Gabriel Mark Hasselbach, and Roy Hargrove.
